I left a watch there months ago for cleaining and a new band. The lady who helped me was pretty rude, informing me that my watch was ""worn."" Of course it is--I wear it a lot! She added that it was also old and she didn't know if they could get a band. Fine. But I left it for at least a servicing. A couple of days later someone called me with an estimate and wanted to know if I still wanted the watched serviced. I told them yes, since that's what I had agreed to in the first place. I happened to be in the mall a couple of weeks later, so I thought I'd stop by and see if the watch was ready. Well guess what? They had never sent it out because they said I never gave the go ahead. But this time the man said he would send it and call me in a week. Two weeks went by and I never heard anything, so I called, only to hear that I would get a call when it was ready. So I waited another three weeks--no call. Finally, I called them and found out that the band was finally in and when could I bring my watch in! Kidding right? No. After some checking in the back, my watch was there and I can pick it up, but with no apologies, no discounts--nothing. I will not go back, nor will I reccomend this store to anyone else.
