Review content:
I went to Firestone to have my break pads replaced. I drive a Ford F-150 2006 and only had 35K miles at the time. They took it in the back to review it and gave me an estimate of needed services that totaled over $2,100.00 !!! They told me that my rotors were shot and that I need 4 new ones totaling over $1,000.00!!! I am a man that knows a little bit about brakes and I was suspicious because my rotors were still with in the safe factory margins by Ford even if you machined off .7 and .5 is the max on a rotor finish. I told them to just put on new pads and they would not do it unless I let them put on the new rotors. I made them put my tires back on and I took it to another Brake Shop who told me that my rotors were fine and that I almost got ripped off. I still ended up paying $19.99 to Firestone just for them to take the tires off and try to rip me off. Try these folks at your own risk! Pros: Good Access off of Old Hickory Blvd Cons: No Integrity / Out to steal your money / Fraud
