I agree with aquapurity. I was a brand new patient. I called to move my $1080.00 crown appointment for the next day due to an unforeseen schedule change at work. Suddenly - all the over the top hospitality shown the first visit disappeared and the receptionist told me I would be charged $90 just to move the appointment. Naturally I did not recall signing on to this rule (who does?) but the receptionist was shaking her finger at me over the phone and saying that it is clear in their ""policy"". Now they lost the $1080.00 but, hey, they got the $90 (oh and an extra $10 to transfer my xrays to another dentist after I cancelled)! Back to my old dentist who is human. I think I'll even give him a hug when I see him. His friendliness is genuine.
