Horrible customer service. I ordered custom paint colors 2 weekends in a row. First, they said they would call when ready....first one got no call.
Second order the next weekend, 2 days later it still had not been done even though their policy is a 24hr turnaround. (Home Depot seems to do this in under an hour with a lot more customers and the same amount of people working in their paint department) I unfortunately had no choice as they were the only ones stocking Ralph Lauren paint, but will avoid them like the plague if I can!
