Review content:
I'm not sure what the last person was thinking, but this practice is wonderful. they go out of their way to make patients happy. As far as confidentiality goes, if her son was 18 yrs or older, there is a law, HIPAA, that protects her sons privacy. Unless her son signed a form stating his medical records could be discussed with her, he's the only one they could have told regarding his results, not his mother. If he was an adult, she was asking for something that was impossible and unethical. I'm not sure what MRS is, but perhaps she meant MRSA, which I've never seen confused with anything treated with steroids. As a healthcare professional, it seems she is simply upset because she did not get what she wanted. As for a nurse practitioner, there is not one at this office. In the past, there was a physician's assistance, but she is no longer there. This office is thorough, professional, and very caring. They will do they best to care for everyone, with very good diagnosticians, etc. They are a great family medical practice, and I highly recommend them. I have been a patient for 20 yrs and have never been unhappy with their service.
