I am very, very disappointed in this company. There homes are nice looking and are more a good home for the money than not, but the building process leaves much to be desired. They were to start our house three months ago and it is still not started! Now there is a good chance that the weather will turn ugly and who knows when our house will be finished? I am very unhappy with the way this has gone so far and sadly, if I knew then what I know now I would definitely have gone with another builder.\r
Update: I just read in the newspaper that Hartman/McMillen (formerly know as Gordon Hartman Homes) ranked next to last in the top 10 builders list. I'm NOT surprised. I don't know how they managed to not be LAST.
Pros: Average homes, look good, but once finished they are full of problems that take forever to be fixed!
Cons: Poor customer service, SLOW to build, regret using them
