These people are big on the up-sell but when you ask exactly why the product/part they are hawking would benefit your automobile, they have no answer other than something generic like ""runs more efficiently"". Give me a break.
They're supposed to be cheap, and they are if you don't buy into their pressure to upgrade (I'm great at saying no, get out of my face, honestly).
Guess what - your vehicle does not need a new air filter or wiper blades every time you go in, despite what they may pitch. I personally just don't want to deal with trying to be hustled by someone who is lousy at it and doesn't even know their product. Stick to Groovy or Meineke.
