Review content:
I don't need to write a review; I simply need to let copy & paste and excerpt from the letter that I just sent to Regis Corporation, the owner of SuperCuts. \r \r ""I made an appointment with Supercuts, and when I came in (5/10/2007 @ 11:20 AM), I asked for a specific haircut. I even provided the hairstylist with concise directions and even an illustration for how to cut the style that I was requesting. He started laughing at me and saying, ""SuperCuts has its own way of doing haircuts."" He then informed me that the picture I showed him was ""basically just a layed cut, that's all it is."" He then rushed me through a shampoo and a cut, where he divided my hair into four sections (only!!) and then held them out and proceeded to cut off four inches (even though I had SPECIFIED to only cut off ONE inch, and to keep the shape of my original haircut). He did not even check to make sure that both sides were even...and I now have hair that is lopsided by at least 2 inches. Not only that, my hair looks like something out of a Raggedy Ann horror film! To add insult to the butcher job he did on my hair, he made me so uncomfortable (after having laughed at me and telling me that I didn't know what I was talking about) that I did not feel like I could even metion anything to him as I saw him cutting my hair in a way that I have seen no other hairstylist IN MY ENTIRE life cut hair. My roomate went to the bathroom (to urinate) as soon as he started my haircut, and by the time she came out, I was already waiting outside, having had my hair not cut, but butchered, and then having to pay for it (at 11:27 AM). There were not any other customers waiting to be seen at this time. Even if this is a ""budget salon"", your employee was not only rude & unprofessional, but his actions and poor service reflect very badly on the entire Regis Corporation, leading me to assume that all Regis Corporation Salons have the same hiring standard and operate the exact same way. "" Pros: Close to where I live Cons: The money that you think you are saving is no value if the stylists are this incompetent!
