HORRIBLE! ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! Warning others against this builder! I had a $60,000 Cody Pool installed in my backyard. I'll try and sum this up but basically had numerous quality and electrical issues with the pool. Lights going out, blown breakers, faulty pumps, cracks in the border. I am not exaggerating one bit I had and still have issues with this pool. The best part is once your warranty runs out you're on your own. My pump failed when my warranty ran out and knowing I would have to pay out of pocket I called Cody back anyways because after all they built the pool. Guess what they told me. They told me because I was no longer in warranty they couldn't service my pool...even if I payed for it and they told me to call another pool repair place! After $60,000 this is the kind of service I get? Cody Pools had numerous times to make this right but frankly after so many issues I am exhausted. I'm warning others PLEASE go somewhere else to your pool built. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. There I warned you!
