Review content:
I've been going to this deli for years, and I've never had a bad meal or experience. The food is so good and inexpensive, why cook at home? The eggplant parmesan is to die for, whether by itself as an entree or on a roll. Words can not describe the rapture of eating it. There are plenty of other delicious entrees to choose from, but another personal favorite is the pizza, aka foccacia. AMAZING! I think it's the sauce that makes it so good, and I have Rosa to thank for that. But then again, her sauce makes everything taste so good! Giancarlo operates the business and always makes sure that he says hello, while their daughter usually (wo)mans the cash register. It's definitely a family-run business and a labor of love. Their new location on Arthur Ave. is much bigger and has great indoor/outdoor seating. \r

This is a great place to come to before/after a Yankee game, or any other time you come to the Bronx.\r

If you have a chance, they make great breakfast sandwiches and ice cappucchinos!
Pros: Eggplant Parm, Pizza
