I chose Designs By Diedrich to deliver a couple dozen flowers to my mother for Mother's Day. I was promised delivery on Mother's Day, and for a reasonable sized set I paid a lot... so I expected good quality and on-time delivery.
Unfortunately, not only did the flowers arrive two days late, they were terrible. They looked beaten up, old, and about to die. The delivery person arrived smoking a cigarette and blew the smoke into my mom's face.
Talk about pathetic -- I'll never do business with them again.
