Review content:
As a longtime resident of the Decatur area, let me just say that Vinocity is exactly what Kirkwood has been missing! It's such a treat to have a beautifully designed space with FREE PARKING, great wines you can't find anywhere else, delectable food for any appetite, and friendly welcoming service. The Vinocity Club is one of the best put-together sandwiches in town (applewood bacon, turkey, avocado, tomato, chipotle aioli), and the warm potato salad on the side makes for quite a perfect lunch. The free-form ravioli appetizer with pulled pork and shiitake cream sauce is a Must Taste. And you can ask Jeff the bartender (or any server for that matter) for help choosing a wine that pairs well with your food to maximize the delight on your taste buds. Wine & dinner not on the agenda? Have a pint at the bar and catch a Braves game on the big flat-screens. I am extremely happy to call VK my neighborhood bar now. Pros: free parking, friendly and helpful service, beautiful design Cons: the fountain out front isn't running
