\r --------------------------------------------------------------------------------\r The first thing Tony sold me on was the bluetooth feature. I asked if my phone was compatible and was told YES. When I paired my phone, it started ringing non-stop. Tony said this happened to someone else and he would get me the ""fix."" I never got a call back from Tony so I called him back. He said it could be a problem with Verizon and he would call his buddy there and see how to fix it. Again, no call back so I called him back. He said the Kia software was out-of-date (this is a 2011) but he said Kia would update my software. I called Dave the Sales Mgr to complain and he said he would look into it and call me back. Again, no call back so I called him and basically was told it may take a year or more but it would get fixed. I called the Gen Mgr and was told that I was the ""one in 1000"" customers that had a complaint about this dealership. He said he would talk to the Service Dept and get right back to me. Again, no call-back after a week so I contacted Kia's HQs. They called the dealership for a week and the Spitzer wouldn't return their phone calls either. I have never heard back from my salesman, sales mgr or gen mgr. They were good when I was leasing the vehicle but don't expect any customer service after the sale. \r Cons: No customer serivce after the sale, misleading sales tactics
