I have been beyond frustrated with this place. I placed an order, paid for it and was told it would be done in a few days. I tried calling a week later, voicemail only saying they're too busy to come to the phone and may not call you back until the next day or so (or later if ever more like it). They suggest the best way is to come into their store. Great unless you live far away. No call so I drive in. All I got was an empty gas tank, excuses from the store and a promise the order will be done ""soon"" and they'll call. Over a week later AGAIN no call, no one to answer their phone. I left 2 messages. 2 days later, still no return call. So... I drive in AGAIN. What do you know, they have the ability to complete my order. I have never seen this place too swamped to answer a phone. Normally there are 2 people working and MAYBE 2 people in the store (me included). This is just pure laziness and EXTREME poor customer service. I have to shop here for our soccer club, but they will not see a dime from me other than for uniforms. I'll buy online and tell everyone I know how little trust can be placed in this business! Take your money to someone who's willing to earn it rather than sit on their butt waiting for you to hold their hand and lead them through their work!
