It's pretty simple. I placed an order and paid for it in full. The delivery charge was about 1/2 of the total and included an insurance.\r

The order has never been delivered to me, but the company refused to fully reimburse my money. And this is after making me trace the package and constantly call the post office and Carolina Pet's Supply. Two weeks of nightmare, and, finally, I'm out of 1/2 of my money receiving nothing in return.\r

I'd never ever suggest this company to anyone. A completely dishonest and shameless business.
Pros: H-mm. Didn't have a chance to notice any...
Cons: ""Grab money and run"" type of business
