This has to be the most rude and unprofessional business I've ever dealt with! I have been a customer for 12 years. Although the shop is ""walk-in"", they offered appointments so you didn't have to wait (for an additional $5.00). I had always made appointments with Michelle, and tipped her even though she is the owner. I was going in every month or two. First I started going less frequently due to health reasons. Then when I stopped buying hair products from them, and stopped having them color my hair, I found I had to sit and wait every time I went in, despite having an appointment (and paying the extra $5.00). At that time Michelle raised the cost and started rushing through my haircuts as well; the cut always looked sloppy. Since I haven't chosen a new salon to go to yet, I called today to make an appointment, and was told by Michelle, ""We're not taking appointments from you any more, because you don't show up."", (which is not true) then she hung up on me. When I called back to speak with her she said, ""Don't call here again or I'll call the police."" Can you imagine? Don't trust these people to style your hair. It's obvious they don't care about their customers and are only looking to make a quick buck.
