I wish that I could write a review regarding the physicians at Federal Way Family Physicians. However I never got past the rude receptionists. When I called to schedule a first time appointment I was treated as though I was inconveniencing the receptionist by bringing my new business to their office. I gave all of my information, and scheduled an appointment for the following day. However I was hung up on when I tried to ask for directions. I wasn't even told the name of the doctor I was scheduled to see. \r

Upset with this customer service I called back a few hours later to cancel and was treated with the same disrepectful attitude from a different receptionist at the same office! I explained that I wouldnt be able to make the appt time and without another word the receptionist said ""I will cancel your apptointment"", then immediatly hung up the phone. \r

Needless to say I will not be going to this facility. I can not speak for the Physicians there but the front office customer service was horrible. Not a place I choose to bring my business.
