User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars \r by Michael 05/15/2008 \r I got the 4 or 5 hour presentation at my home.\r \r The initial price started off at $56000 for a 14x20, or 280 sq. ft sunroom ($200/sq. foot). The price was then trimmed down to about $37,600 over the next hour but this took away some of the features such as the slanted (steeple?) roof I wanted. It was still too much for me and more than I had intended or thought it would cost. So I said no.\r \r A week passes and another person from Melani Bros. calls me on the basis of a QA or follow-up. She started off asking about the reason I didn't go with the product (given everything else was fine) and I told her ""cost"". She said she was really glad to hear that because she had some great news to share with me. She told me that they had cut out essentially all the profits from my offer, just to get my business, and had a new offer.\r \r I stopped her right there and told her (and I hope they read this and stop playing games and give people a good offer up front!)... ""You're playing games. When you work with me you give me your best offer right up front and you don't waste my time. I don't play games and I'm done talking with you. Don't ever call me again.""\r Cons: Too pricey... and they play games (just give the best offer from the beginning!)
