Nanny's beware!!!!
Nanny's, don't be fooled by the apparent professionalism. You will be given what is considered a contract, but labeled as an ""Employee Agreement Form."" This will give you the false comfort that you will in some way be advocated by the company, and that you are signing to rules that both the Nanny and the family are to abide by.
Instead, I have learned the hard way, that if you have the misfortune of a family breaking a contract with you, the contract has no validity and MBF will ALWAYS choose to side with those who have paid them: i.e. the family's who hire you.
Do not be fooled by the meaningless faux ""contract,"" and think twice before using this company. You will not benefit in the case that you are paired with a bad family. What's worse, MBF will not use you for re-hire if the poorly matched family lets you on a reasonable or completely unreasonable basis.
