Review content:
A few weeks ago I choked down a raw pizza in exchange for a store credit. Called today to give them another chance and had to wait 10 minutes on hold to be told that our credit was no where in the system. We were never given a confirmation number which apparently is necessary for the credit. If we got the credit, the first raw pizza wouldn't have been that bad but the terrible attitude of the ""manager"" really sealed the deal. It's funny that he was so adamant about how infallibile his computer system was but couldn't verify my last order date.\r

I'll stick with local mom and pop pizza shops as the service is generally better and the quality much better. At least they still believe that the customer is more than a number.
Pros: None come to mind.
Cons: The worst pizza hut I've ordered from so far which is saying a lot.
