Review content:
I dropped off a jacket and pair of pants to have them altered and was given a total price of $30 for both. I got there and was told that i had to pay $56. What pissed me off the most was how rude one particular employee was (i think she's the owners wife). She tried to make it seem like I was lying even though I had the ticket that was given to me that cleraly showed a total price $30. When I disagreed with the new price she told me to just pay and get out the store. To make matters worse I was given someone else's pants. It took about 15 mins for them to find my pants. I wasn't very impressed with the quality of work. Any trained tailor can do the same. I will NEVER go back there. There is no way I'll give my hard earned money to people that think its okay to be rude to customers. There are hundreds of tailors in the dallas area to choose from. \r

Cons: Very rude employees and very unorganized
