I scheduled an appointment, drove all the way out from Nashville only to arrive to an empty office and locked door. I waited about 30 minutes and when no one showed up, I left a message on their machine. I drove all the way back to Nashville, where I discovered they had left me a message on my home phone cancelling the appointment, time stamp was after I had left home. No one bothered to phone my cell phone number and no one ever called to apologize to me for my fruitless drive, even after I emailed them and explained how disappointed I was in what happened. This was very unprofessional of them and the least they could have done was apologize and offer another appointment.
