Review content:
After 32 years of service, our hall and bedroom carpeting needed to be replaced. A friend recommended Long's so we visited them first. Jayson was just closing up, but cheerfully reopened for us to discuss carpets and look at some samples. We gave our estimated dimensions and discussed cost/sq ft for carpet, padding, and installation. Jayson showed us quality products and gave an estimate, but suggested we shop around and make comparisons. This we did and then returned to Long's and met with Jayson again. He came to our home and measured the area to be carpeted. Without asking what other quotes we had received, he offered a price which included padding, carpet, installation, and removal and replacing furniture. His price was very competitive and included things that were not offered by other stores except at extra charge. We accepted and scheduled a time to begin. The team that came to do the work was polite, efficient, and very respectful of our furniture and interior spaces. We are very pleased with the work done and especially the cooperative and courteous customer service.
