My sister in law was married on Dec. 6th 2009 (on a Sunday) in Houston. She got a group rate. My husband went the 25th on Nov., but was not able to get measured because it was the day before Thanksgiving and they closed at 6pm instead of 9pm, so he had to go till Friday, Nov. 27th. They told him that if he got his tux with the group he was going to pay $20 more because of rush delivery and if he were to get his own that he wouldn't have to pay extra. So of course he got it on his own. At that moment my husband signed a contract with them. Well his sister didn't like the idea so she called MW and had them change the order. My husband was not made aware by MW. We didn't fight it, we just accepted it. HIs tux was a size too big, but that wasn't the horrible part. Today, Dec. 7th (Monday) (the day after the wedding), my father in law and brother in law turned in the tux without any problems, but when my husband went to turn in his tux they wanted to charge him $20 more because he was turning it in too late. We told them that the wedding was on a Sunday and they were like ""no it wasn't , it was on Saturday"". I told her that it was yesterday that I should know because I was there. They kept telling my husband that there was a contract that he signed.. But didn't they break the contract when they listened to my sister in law and change the contract my husband signed without being notified? The worse thing was there is no customer service, they are not willing to listen to the customers. They kept saying that we were turning in the tux late and we had to pay $20 more. I'm very disappointed, with the economy we're in, you would think they would try to satisfy all their customers instead they were rude! I'll never deal with them again. They finally waived the fee when my mother in law spoke to lady that claimed to be the manager. Which it seems like all the associates there are managers, another thing that doesn't make sense. So if you want to enjoy a wedding or other event, DONT GO HERE!!! They'll ruin your special event! What a horrible experience!! And no apologies!!! Go to Al's Formal Wear or somewhere else.. please! Pros: Didn't find any.. Cons: Too Many to enter in this field.
