We relocated here from Oregon about a year and a half ago. Moved to S. Austin and found Tomlinsons because they carry the Solid Gold food that we use for our pointers. We like the fact that this store is locally owned and not a big box chain. OK, so the staff does not run over and help you every second that you are in the store. But if you ask someone about a product, they seem knowledgeable about most anything that they sell. We paid the $5 for the pet card so that we could get 10% off on our food for a year--with 2 big dogs, it saves you quit a bit !!
Pros: Nearby-saves on gas ! Good selection of top-quality pet foods. Always help you out to the car with your food !
Cons: Parking can get crazy around lunch hour. Need a faster credit card machine.
