To show you the caliber of this company if you call the headquarters in Houston, 713-631-7738, they will deny having any business relationship with the Pflugerville Big Tex. If you call Willie Ridgeway who is the general manager of the Pflugerville office he will pretend to be someone else. Guess they both are embarrassed by the poor quality of work they do! Beware, they will charge multiple service calls and not get anything fixed and then diagnose problems by not even looking at the AC unit and try to charge outrageous prices. For a 90 minute estimated labor time to replace a part Willie Ridgeway quoted me $850 dollars and at the same time telling me they charge $65/hr-maybe he needs to go back to math class. Beware of Big Tex in Houston or Pflugerville, they will rob you blind! They replaced my fan motor in 2011 with a ""new"" motor dated in 2008. When I asked why the wires were cut then they had to admin trying to install a used fan as a new one and promised to order a new one after already installing two motors in two weeks. Good luck calling their calling service-they will just tell you that they are speaking with the technician when in fact they are calling Willie Ridgeway the general manager, so if the technician doesn't call back it's because it's Willie.
