I was very disappointed with this cleaning service from day one. After trying out several cleaners I finally found one that was very nice and did a good job. I continued using her for several weeks. Then all of a sudden that cleaner left for personal reasons so Barbara's Cleaning sent out a team of two new girls to my home in her place. They damaged some items in my home and I immediately called and complained to the office. It took several weeks before I could get a reply back and only after I sent a certified letter with photos. I then went through this long drawn out thing with their insurance company to pay for the damages. Finally after several months I got a check for the damaged items but of course it was only half the replacement cost because of depreciation. I totally felt that this agency was harsh and cold when it came to the damages and most of my anger came from them not even acknowleging me or my frustrations or offering to make things right. If i went into someone's home and damaged something, I would replace it for them but I guess that's the difference between a friend and an insurance company. I will never recommend this agency to anyone - well maybe an enemy.
