My real estate agent recommended staging my condo and at first, I was a bit skeptical and concerned about the cost (as I was already doing some upgrading on the property before putting it on the market). I spoke to Kym and she was able to work within my budget. Everything was clearly explained, including the contract, and they staged my condo within the following two to three days. I did not recognize my condo after the staging - it looked fantastic and Staged to Sell brought out its best features. Kym also took photos of the condo for our marketing fliers and the photos were beautiful. My condo sold within one week with multiple offers, and it received a lot of compliments. I can truly say that staging made a difference, especially in this real estate market. I highly recommend Kym Hough and Staged to Sell.
