Businiess name:  Cal Bowl
Review by:  Edward K.
Review content:
Cal Bowl is a terrible place to bowl. What few balls there are are all in terrible shape--I never found one that I really liked, they were all to big or too small, and they were all chipped--and other equipment is run down, too. The building itself doesn't seem that old, so the upkeep going into the place must be minimal. Worst of all, though, the patrons there are not serious about the game. I'm not a regular bowler any more and I'm not trying to be all high horse about it, but things like bowlers in adjacent lanes not respecting basic bowling etiquette really ruins your night at the lanes. The only good thing I can say is that beer is cheap there, but when the bar turns into a karaoke club it is time to go home.
