Went to Nailize twice because it was close to my house and I thought I'd try it out. Also saw several ads stating one of the best salons in Boca Raton. Front desk girl/tan is very rude. The first time I went, someone came in and asked if they had time for a manicure. She bluntly said No. Then looked away. That's it! Not, I'm sorry not right now but I can schedule an appointment for you. When I called to cancel my appointment a few days ahead of time, she said ""Oh, good""...then said ""what is your name and what day/time?"" I told her, and she then stated: ""Oh good. Thanks"". And hung up. I work at a business. If I have a cancellation, I always state, I am sorry to hear that, would you like to reschedule? Very rude and unprofessional. I guess they must be swarming with business and they don't need anymore!\r
