Review content:
I have tried so many restaurants/bistros/coffee shops for the last couple of years that I can't even seem to remember the ones that I didn't particularly find 'good-finds'. Apres Diem, though isn't one of the easily forgettable ones. No matter how often I go to this bistro, I'd still enjoy the live music, the casual atmosphere and the people who frequent this place. Even if you only go there for your late-morning coffee, this place would be an excellent choice. I've been ordering double espresso w/ Orangina in the mornings, hummus and red Argentine wine in the evenings and split avocado salad w/ a whiskey for the late night hours. Based on my experience in this coffee house, I'd definitely recommend it for dating or spending good with close friends. As for their dessert selection -- there isn't anything in particular I'd recommend although the Almond Amaretto cake tastes good. Rating is maximum due to the atmosphere and the drinks/ appetizer selection of this bistro. Probably the best indicator for a great dining experience is how often you go there and how many miles you are ready to drive. Well, for me these numbers are 2-times/week, 40+ miles/two-way.
