If there was a star lower than one, this place has earned it. Took my car in last week. Charged $450.00 to fix the fuel pump. About 30 minutes after I picked up the car (and the shop was closed), my car began to have the same problem, only WORSE!! Took the car back and we had to pay another $280.00 for additional repairs and because the mechanic didn't actually fix the issue due to his misdiagnosed the first time. An hour later, the car was having the very same issue! NOTHING WAS RESOLVED, NOTHING WAS ACTUALLY FIXED! Now, we are out $700.00 for incompetent work and still no resolution. Save your hard earned dollars and take your vehicle to a reputable, professional mechanic who is not in the business of providing less than mediocre work for your hard earned dollars. As of 11/01/09 - Here is an update. My husband and I had to take my vehicle to ILCC auto repair and guess what they had to replace? The fuel pump that Wickman ""supposedly"" replaced. Yep, that's right! The two wonderful mechanics at ILCC that looked at my vehicle said that the pump that Wickman put on my car didn't work (or was never replaced). Now we are in the process of going to small claims court in order to get back the money that Wickman basically stole from us.
