I feel compelled to share my albeit brief experience so that other brides may avoid this place and save their time. I made an appointment here after seeing Designer Loft and RK Bridal. I have kept an open mind. Boy was I in for a surprise. This basement store turned me off the minute I looked in the grimey window. The carpet (!) was totally dingy, had beat up furniture and chipped paint walls. To top it off, no one was manning the desk when we arrived. The smell of food was completely overwhelming. An older lady came in from the back and asked for our names. They were eating and weren't wearing shoes. Maybe this is appropriate behavior in a back room, but when you bring it near gowns it seems beyond unprofessional. While inviting, she returned to her meal in the back as I perused the minimal yet organized racks. It seemed so dirty I didn't even want to try anything on. I turned to my friend and we agreed we'd seen enough. We turned to go and had to remove trash bags from in front of the door just to leave! I can't even make this stuff up. We said goodbye, seemingly to no one, and left. The sales lady called to us on the street asking if we were over. I politely thanked her but really couldn't be moved to return. This place was such a disappointment. I wish there were one gleaming superstar store for bridesmaids out there. This is certainly not it.
Pros: Yikes-none, sorry.
