TERRIBLE SERVICE and even worse COLOR! My husband and I have been going to this place for over a year. We both used Christin. He would go twice a month for a hair cut, sometimes for wax. I had been going to Christin for my eyebrows and lash tint once to twice a month. She always tried to sell all of the other services they offered and I finally decided to let her highlight/lowlight my hair.....HUGE MISTAKE. My hair was short and blonde which would be a $45 color. Well after 2 hours and couple of walk-ins my hair was green and orange. I told her I did not like it and she said she would fix it for $70 dollars more in addition to my $45!!!!! Since she messed up my hair I thought she was crazy for even wanting more money...and I would fix it myself...she then told me to sit down and she would fix it, (even after I said I would not pay more for her mistake) after 4 hours (she would go and do eyebrows or other appointments while I was waiting) my hair ended up green, orange, and looking like a skunk even worse than before. Bottom line is that I was mislead and overcharged. She charged my card $100 and my hair looks terrible like a 4 year old got a hold of it! I asked her why she swiped my card for $100 if she just said it was $45. She made up some bs, and I said I would not pay that and to refund my card $50 even though she did not deserve it! She would not do it and I did not sign the credit slip she called the police (sure she has done this many times) The law says I must pay or go to jail because it would be theft of services because they have no way of knowing what we had agreed on. So I had to sign the credit slip and I am taking her to small claims court. If I messed up someones hair I would apologize and ask how to make it better, Christin just lied and told me over and over how good my green hair looked. BEWARE DO NOT GO HERE!
