Businiess name:  Rogers Dodge Of Alvin

Review content:
When I went to this dealership it was called Alvin Dodge. Perhaps, it's changed but I went in for the replacement of a speed sensor on my Eagle Vision ($200.00). And, upon getting my car I discovered that my air conditioner compressor had locked up - like someone had short circuited the unit ($600.00). I should have taken them to small claims court and reported this to the Better Business Association of Alvin and Houston. Beware! Be very aware!\r \r The name has changed but did they change management, staffing and/or personnel. Also note, Rogers Dodge are not a five star dealership. And, until they can establish themselves as a Five Star dealership, I highly recommend that you look for a Five Star Dodge dealership Pros: Cordial Service Manager Cons: Only Dealership for Miles
