Businiess name:  Hikaru Japanese Restaurant

Review content:
Since moving to Phila from San Francisco, I have searched far and low (and spent a lot of money) in search of an authentic sushi restaurant in this city. Of the 8+ restaurants I've tried, I prefer Hikaru (the one off of South St.). The fish is fresh and the rolls are tasty. I like that the chefs do not put too much rice in their rolls so I really can taste what's inside. My only critique is that Hikaru should have more rolls or items ""on special."" I like to be adventurous. Pros: reasonable prices, fresh fish, yummy rolls
