I'm in my second year of living at the Corinthian Apartments and I've had a very good experience with Lasdon Real Estate. Very responsive and easy to work with. They do charge extra for credit card rent payments, unfortunately, but that's not enough to lose a whole star.
Pros: Not tyrannical about timeliness with rent payments, responsive to maintenance complaints, good groundskeeping
Cons: charges for credit card payments, somewhat high late fees (although see above)
