Everyy time I go to a repair shop, a car dealer, or have a repairman come to the house I feel like I am going to be exposed as the kid that didn't do her homework and got called out by the teacher. I have been wanting to get a new car, but I have been a little intimidated to go because I know nothing about cars, and I know that will show. My salesman Bill Pandak could not have been nicer. He took his time, showed me the different models, let me test drive different cars, and explained the differences between the models. He was like an encyclopedia of Hyundai knowledge. The car I really ended up wanting was slightly above what I had budgeted. Instead of using tricks to get me to buy the more expensive car, he gave me more information. worked on the numbers, and then gave me the options of what would make the most sense for me. I can't thank him enough for the way he handled the sale, and treated me with courtesy and respect, as opposed to the older gentleman who came up to me at another dealership and opened the conversation with , ""and what can we do for you today, little lady?"" Some people never get it, and some like Bill are stars. Thank you Bill and Flemington Hyundai.
