I just wanted to take a minute to give ""kudos"" to the staff at your Bloomington store. I called around 6:20 last night after going to my car after work and finding it wouldn't start. From the tow driver to the service desk person to the car wash person, they couldn't have been any friendlier! It was under two hours from the time I first called, to walking in my door at my house in Eden Prairie even after having a new battery installed!\r

Customer service often leaves a lot to be desired these days, but your staff was great! An employee walking in from outside even held the door open for me on my way out! \r

Anyway, you had a good crew working in Bloomington last night! I'm so glad I made the call to your business when my car wouldn't start. I'd never been there before, but I will definitely be back!
