They are dishonest and out of the three items I sent them--one was damaged beyond repair and the other wasn't even cleaned. I sent two coats and a dress. The dress came back tie-dyed in the body of the dress and ripped--the sleeves were ok so when they sent it back they put the dress between the two coats so that it was not immediately visible. When I opened it up and saw it and called them, not only did they refuse to refund the cost of cleaning the dress they also would not reimburse me for the dress that was ruined. The person on the phone was also very rude. I asked to speak to the owner of the business and left my number. He called me back and was even more rude. He admitted to turning the body of the dress into a tie-dyed mess and said sometimes that happens. He said the only thing he could do was give me a discount on future cleaning! Can you believe that? So if you want your clothes ruined and deal with dishonest, rude people--aphrodite french cleaners is the way to go!
