I went in to the Chelsea store which has some very nice fixtures. The attitude reached me before the salesperson. I ordered a fixture, 2 week delivery, paid in full, 5 weeks later I got the lamp. It was a test lamp and it worked so I did order 4 more. Same story as above except 2 out of 4 came in broken. When I called the store the ATTITUDE is what you get for the money. ""Contact UPS it's not our problem. Okay, well you still need to get me the broken glass I said. Two weeks later the only thing they have, plenty of EXCUSES NO GLASS.\r
I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN
