As I said above, how does this restaurant stay in business? Does everyone think that because it is in Green Hills, it will be good? Wrong!! I wish I had read the other reviews before dining here! I have eaten Indian food all across the US, in Europe and yes, in India. This restaurant is a sorry excuse not only for Indian cuisine, but for ambiance and service. Basically an all around terrible dining experience! The food is overpriced and exactly as all other negative reviews say, watery, etc... After having a samosa that would have been better from a frozen food section in a grocery store, the dirty plates remained and the main course was brought, with us expecting to continue eating on the same plate. Changing the plate would be the least thing these people could do when you are spending $16.99 for Chicken Vindiloo (that you can get at other Indian restaurnats in Nashville for $10.95). As far as ambiance goes, there is none. The space is tiny, the tables and chairs are out of date and too close to other tables. We could hear the entire conversations of all other four parties in the room. I have never felt this negative about a dining experiece and I feel absolutely ripped off! I am a world traveler and know my stuff, so please do not dine at this restaurant! It does not even rate one star! Pros: None! Cons: Read below
