This was the biggest waste of $80 for 3 people. It was terrible. Go to Saltgrass instead!! We ate here tonight a meal that was not cooked right, was slow to be served, was not hot and served with poor customer service. We ordered 3 NY 11 oz steaks, 3 baked potatoes, 2 salads and 1 french fries as well as a 3 sampler appetizer and 2 sweet teas and a Dr. Pepper. For the good: the rolls were excellent as well as the tea and salads. For the bad: the potato skins were so little that there were not 3 bites to each, the marinera sauce was watery and greasy and didn't taste good, the chicken wings were greasy. As for the steak, two were ordered medium and one was ordered medium rare. The medium rare steak was served on the wrong plate. When brought to our waitressess attention (Megan) she switched a medium well steak with a medium steak right there at our table with no offer to have them recooked or to have a manager visit our table. All we got later was a ""I put in the order right! I don't know what happens in the kitchen"". The ""medium rare"" steak was over cooked to well done on one half and medium well on the other half. My medium steak was so full of grizzle that I eventually just quit eating it as I was taking more out of my mouth than eating. My sons ""second"" (after the switch) steak was loaded with fat. As for the service, our salad plates and bread plates were completely removed from the table and we sat there twiddling our thumbs with no remaining rolls or appetizers for about 10 minutes before our steaks finally came to the table. Megan didn't even serve our meal!! My son's fries were cold and my steak certainly wasn't ""hot off the grill"". As for what we took home, to-go boxes were ordered via the cleaning crew because, again, we were left without anyone checking on us. When it came to handing us the bill, our waitress was miraculously there to collect her tip, which, had it been up to me, would have been NONE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT!!!\r
