Review content:
Well let the truth be told. I went to the location on calif. ave. I am a lifelong resident of w.sea. I never went into this bakery before. My boss treated me to lunch and my first visit I was made to feel like I was ignorant, by this counter person who shall remain nameless. After I made my order on the clipboard and handed it to her, I decided to ask if I could add sprouts. Well she acted like I had ripped off her arm. Nonetheless she obliged my command, and her s/w was of mediocre quality. Second visit, well again we visit and I decide to order a different s/w and having now understanding the procedure of placing orders I checked my order and clearly wrote down that I wanted extra lettuce more than the usual. As our orders were being done, she was asking my boss if she would like to try some bread, and she was already slicing her some. Well I was scanning the room just to see what else in there I might like, as I made my eyes to hers as she sliced she then asked if I would like to try some. After I looked at the board to see what she was offering and inquired of a particular loaf that looked inspiring I asked her what that was, and she snapped at me, like a crabby ole school teacher ready to feel my knuckles with a ruler ouch! In turn I sternly told her "" No thanks"" She then had to put her two cents in. She said that "" I wasn't paying attention to her"". Goodness, all I was searching for was some comforting nutrious food, I felt like she didn't really want us there. I guess overall I would tell you that if you wanted something from this place call your order in ahead of time so that she doesn't have to look at your face when she makesthe sandwich she might be shocked to see that WE too like to eat healthy. NATIVE PRIDE! Pros: No one is ever in there when I have gone. Cons: Service leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.
