I have had some experience taking my father-in-law, brother-in-law and husband to audiolotgsts to get hearing tests and hearing aids. No one came even close to Dr. Kathleen Sullivan. We heard about Dr. Sullivan through satisfied customers who were friends of my parents. My mother was very skeptical about getting hearing aids. She had heard lots of horror stories about ""feedback"", she was worried if the hearing aids would show, etc. Dr. Sullivan was so patient, so caring, so empathetic that it was just impressive. Dr. Sullivan, being very stylish herself, selected a hearing aid that best suited my mother's needs and also hardly showed. Dr. Sullivan actually mimicked real-life situations by playing a recording of actual background noise at a restaurant so that my mother could experience what it would be like to eat in a restaurant with hearing aids. Dr. Sullivan did several scenarios so that my mother could see the improvement with hearing aids. Never did we feel rushed, or pushed into anything. I can't say enough wonderful things about her. Laura, her secretary is equally wonderful, charming and effieicient.
