Review content:
This company has almost no respect for their tenants. I live in an apartment under rent control in the valley. I've lived here for several years. When Anza took over this building they started treating tenants that have been here the longest poorly.They take forever repairing anything. I had a two foot by two foot hole in my bathroom floor , where they were replacing the toilet drain, for two months!\r
I've had sewage backups that went on all weekend without any help I tell the manager and they did nothing till Monday. Meanwhile I had to stay awake all weekend bailing my bathtub or be flooded out. I try and call the Anza office and they never call me back. When the Anza management Executives come here they are very antagonistic towards the tenants.\r
Worst company ever.\r
