Review content:
The staff was very nice. Tracy Crowe and his partner was there when I went to make the arrangements for my brother who passed away and he let his partner take over most of the arrangements. Tracy had taken good care of my grandmother and been very fair. I felt uneasy when Tracy Crowe and Jason Lowery were both arguing with each other during our meeting. Jason did a very good job but he was so focused on making the bill bigger and selling me more things. He tried to sell me a costlier casket and box for the casket. He would get upset with Tracy when he said anything that supported my not spending more money. I was upset that the obituary didn't make it in the newspaper on time and was really upset when Jason tried to blame it on me. Everything went well and my brother looked very good. I think the funeral home needs to be larger and nicer. But overall it was ok for us because we had the funeral in a church. Pros: Nice and accomodating people. Brother looked nice. Cons: Very Small Funeral Home. Very High Pressure Sales.
