Ever since I moved to Menomonee Falls I had been taking my VW Passat here to get my oil changed. They were cheap, fast and never busy. Now I know why. For the last 2 years they've been repeatedly putting the wrong oil in my vehicle. It is now sitting at the mechanics. Which, for a single mom fighting cancer, is a really, really bad thing. The last change was last Thursday night. I pulled out and my car starts warning ""STOP OIL PRESSURE"" and it sounds HORRIBLE. I pull around the corner and back in only to have the two guys that were working look at me like deer in headlights and then say ""well it's not our fault. I don't know what you expect us to do."" I went two blocks away to the Starbucks and met my friend who popped the hood and when he went to pull the dipstick out- it was BROKE. Then he gets it out and the stick is DRY. I left an oil change with NO OIL IN MY VEHICLE. I had to have my car towed to the mechanics who then observed the wrong oil was in it. I called to speak to the owner and the manager there, Bob Kranker, was BEYOND rude to me and refused to give me any information. I called the Mobil headquarters and their customer service manager called there and Bob refused to give her any information. After searching CCAP, I found the owner is Dan Beth. I left him a message and he did not call me back. My father did receive a call back from him today though and when he called Dan on claims he had his crew on video looking at my car after I came back with the warning lights on and asked to see the tape, Dan flipped out and told him that none of our family was allowed to step foot on the property or he would call the cops. The level of complete and total unprofessionalism has gone above and beyond ANYTHING I have ever witnessed in my life. You trust a company that claims to be professionals with one of the most important things in your life that is a HUGE necessity and to have them betray that trust, completely ruin your vehicle and then treat you so rudely is actually traumatic. I can not recommend strongly enough you save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
