Review content:
It's expensive and not worth the money. You can get better place in downtown with less rent. Parking is a nightmare. They tell you that you have parking spot, but its not true, its mostly unassigned and you have to search to find one... and good luck with that.They tow your car if you forget your permit. on average coast you $250 to get it back. Entrance is clean, nice and deceptive, floors are dirty. They vacuum the carpet every 6 months.Its very normal to see garbage on floors and parking. Electricity is a problem and once in a while you have no electricity and it takes them hours to fix it Their main number is always busy and goes to voicemail. Its hard to get hold of them but you can walk to office and they are there till 6. Gym is small with 3 treadmill but not crowded at all . Building is not noisy. Neighbors are good. Office people are nice but this place managed really really poorly. They always give you conflicting info.
Now a days there are no security at all and if there is any , its always a new person who has no clue and they always tell you "" I am new here and I don't know"" ... I do not recommend this place at all....Also see my upload photos of the place.
