Review content:
Namaste India is the worst Indian restaurant in Charlotte area from all perspective. \r \r Hospitality:\r Let me begin with their hospitality. We had a big group and when I arrived there, no one cared to show courtesy to ask us to sit for almost 10 minutes. I had to personally go and check with the waiter where to sit.\r The waiter was so rude that he did not care to ask if we were going for buffet or ala-carte.\r \r Pricing: \r They had the same buffet items which were there in lunch buffet which was priced at $8 and when you go in the evening, the price was 16.95 which is not shown anywhere, it is simply imposed on you. So beaware.\r \r \r Food Quality:\r Not sure how come the sanitation dept has given them clean chit as their food was stinking. Some of the items were spoilt and we complained to them regarding that and they comfortably said, why don't you take other than those ones. Not worth the price you are paying, you could enjoy a great dinner probably in Olive Garden (just next door) spending less money.\r \r Limited vegetarian choices:\r There was only one Veggie item and the other which they 'claimed' had fish in it so they admitted their mistake and quickly changed the label. The person who is primarily vegetarian is paying almost double for something which he/she won't even touch.\r \r Overall, it is the worst Indian restaurant, a better place would be Saffron in Ayrsley blvd or Bombay Grille on Pineville-Matthews rd (Hwy 51).\r \r Dont go there even if they offer free food because from what I could figure, they recycle their food items over days and days. Pros: Banquet hall but can't think of anything else Cons: Bad service, bad food, high price, limited choices, average ambience, noisy because of twin restaurat
